Find Mate is a service that includes website creation, publication, and use during
the contract period. For template plans, no initial or website creation fees are
charged.

| Service Delivery | After reviewing the application and the information provided for publication, we will create the website and publish it using a subdomain. The time required for publication may vary depending on the volume of applications and whether all required information has been provided. Service provision begins upon publication of the website. |

After approving the application, we will provide the customer with a Stripe payment
page. The initial fee must be paid by credit card within 7 days of receiving the
payment page. If payment cannot be confirmed by the deadline, we may cancel the
application. If the contract is automatically renewed after the initial contract period, JPY 1,000 will be automatically charged every month thereafter. |
| Contract Period | The contract period is a template plan of 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year, or the fully original design plan with a 12-month term, as selected at the time of application. The contract period begins on the date the website is published. |
| Automatic Renewal | Unless the customer requests cancellation by the day before the expiration date of the contract period, the contract will automatically renew on a monthly basis at JPY 1,000 per month. After automatic renewal, the customer may cancel the service at any time in accordance with the procedures specified by us. |
| Cancellation and Website Unpublishing | The customer may request cancellation and unpublishing of the website at any time using the method specified by us (such as email). Cancellation takes effect when we receive the cancellation request. After cancellation becomes effective, we will unpublish the website within a reasonable period. |
| Refunds | Find Mate is a service in which a website is individually created and published based on the customer's application. In the event of cancellation at the customer's convenience after the contract has been established, or unpublishing during the contract period, fees already paid will not be refunded and no prorated refund for the remaining contract period will be provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If we are unable to provide the service due to reasons attributable to us, we will take appropriate measures, such as refunding an amount corresponding to the unprovided portion of the service. |
| System Requirements | Viewing the published website requires a standard web browser and an internet connection. We do not guarantee proper display where problems are caused by the customer's communication or network environment. |
| Other Terms | We will reasonably accommodate minor content changes after publication. Significant design changes, new features, or other requests beyond the scope of the selected plan will be discussed and handled separately.
